wall forever! We focus on the in-between moments. When he’s carrying the dress. The emotion of your mum and dad before the ceremony begins. The quiet giggles during the couple shoot.
After years of photographing weddings, we know the details that often go overlooked, and we make sure to capture them
for you to cherish. On the day, we work calmly and respectfully, guiding when needed, and knowing when to step back and be a fly on the wall. Our aim is to create timeless imagery that feels true to you.

Hey! I'm the director, and lead camera guy here at selah. I'm here to organise all the important details to capture your big day. While I shoot a big number of weddings each year, it's truly impossible for me to do everything! Which is why we have a network & team of verified Photo & Video experts who carry the same heart, and style as the Selah Weddings brand!

Do you service outside of Palmerston North?
A big YES! We love travelling all over the country for weddings. We also have a network of second shooters & videographers over the country to keep travel costs low.
How long will you take to deliver the content?
We know the feeling of having to wait months for content, So we pride ourselves in pumping out content professionally & efficiently.
Photography is generally delivered to you in under 2 weeks, and Videography under 4 weeks.
What if it rains at my wedding?
Not to worry! We always have the transparent umbrellas ready for some epic rain shots.
We will also discuss some indoor content locations in case it does rain.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit upon signing the booking contract, and the remaining balance is due no more than one week after the wedding.
Are your prices flexible?
While we believe you indeed 'get what you pay for' in the Wedding industry, we are always willing to hear your budget and see how we can make something work!
Who will shoot my wedding?
Ryan Clark is the primary shooter, but if booked, we have a tight-knit team of creators who are at the same if not higher talent level.
We make sure that everyone in our team is highly experienced, has great people skills, and shoots in the same style you see advertised here.
All photos are edited in the same stylistic manner as seen in our portfolio regardless of the shooter.
How experienced are you?

Any other shooter we bring on from our team is highly vetted and guaranteed to have the same style of work that represents the selah. brand.
Are wedding deposits refundable?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. The deposit locks in our services to you on that date.
In the unlikely scenario we are unable to provide a shooter for your wedding, a full refund will be provided.
Do you do elopments?
A big YES! We would love to capture your crazy adventure together.
